As an employee of GustoMSC one works in a dynamic, international and open organization in the offshore industry. Becoming a competent and confident GustoMSC engineer has to be learned and experienced on the job, which is facilitated by the starters-program. The starters-program will take 2 years to complete. The program includes participating in a broad variety of projects, internal courses and presentations to learn about our technologies and tools, external courses depending on progress and personal need, site visits to see our products and a two day soft skill training.


Everybody has their own preferences when it comes to conditions of employment. Depending on the agreed type of contract and conditions stipulated therein you can, e.g. buy or sell additional leave. We reimburse your costs of commuting.

Social Activities

GustoMSC has an active events committee which organizes varied activities for all of their employees (amongst other things workshops, day trips, personnel parties, sporting events, etc).
