GustoMSC B.V. situated at the Karel Doormanweg 35, 3115 JD Schiedam, The Netherlands, is data controller for the purposes of this Privacy & Cookie policy and our processing grounds are legitimate interests.

We will collect and process the following data about you:

  • Information you give us. This is information about you that you give us by filling in forms on our site (our site) or by corresponding with us by phone, e-mail or otherwise. It includes information you provide when you subscribe to our newsletter,  download private files and when you report a problem with our site. The information you give us may include your name, e-mail address and company name. 
  • Information from visiting our site. With regard to each of your visits to our site we will automatically collect the following information:

We use Google Analytics, a web analyses service offered by Google Inc. Google Analytics uses cookies to help us analyse how you use our website. The information generated by the cookie (including your IP-address) is stored by Google Inc. at its servers, potentially in the United States of America. Google Inc. uses this information to track how you use our site and include such information in reports shared with us as further explained in the Cookies paragraph below.

Our website uses cookies to distinguish you from other users of our website. This helps us to provide you with a good experience when you browse our website and also allows us to improve our site. 
The following third parties store the following cookies on this website:

  • Google Analytics (provided by Google Inc.) to enable us a) to perform statistical analyses of e.g. number of visitors, information on gender, age, location, interests and the like to learn about our visitors and b) to improve the website friendliness and usability, e.g. on the basis of website traffic measurements. GustoMSC has signed a processor agreement with Google, masked the last octed of the visitors IP address and turned off ‘data sharing’. GustoMSC does not use other Google services in combination with the Google Analytics cookies.

You block cookies by activating the setting on your browser that allows you to refuse the setting of all or some cookies. However, if you use your browser settings to block all cookies (including essential cookies) you may not be able to access all or parts of our site. 

On our websites, we may collect information about you. We will use this information:
•    to carry out our obligations arising from any contracts entered into between you and us and to provide you with the information, products and services that you request from us;

Unless indicated otherwise, the data that we collect from you will be transferred to, and stored at, a destination in the Netherlands and in the United States of America in respect of Google Analytics. By submitting your personal data, you agree to this transfer, storing or processing. GustoMSC will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy & Cookie policy.
All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our site; any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access.

You have the right to ask us not to process your personal data for marketing purposes. We will usually inform you (before collecting your data) if we intend to use your data for such purposes.
